Potential issue in history search

I tried to search in history page. When I click on add rule, with Match "All" of the following criteria selected, the added rule is joined with "OR" operator. I alo tried to select Match "Any", the operator becomes "AND" instead.

Is this potential a bug of the function?

You are adding a nested rule. Try clicking the "Add Rule" button instead of the blue split arrow.
