Alarms show on Two iPhones

Just purchased iPhone 4. Gave my iPhone 3GS to my wife.
Set up an account for her with Toodledo.
Confirmed my account did not appear on her app.
But My Toodledo task alarms showed up on the 3GS.
What should I do?
