emailing tasks to Toodledo

I am a Pro user and am having an issue emailing tasks from my work email to TD. I am pretty sure this is a user error ;) so if someone could let me know what I am doing wrong that would be great. Here is what I am doing
Subject line - Determine seating plan
Body of message
@research #next wednesday !! *Spacing
Thanks for your help

The body of the message is for the task's note. Everything should be going into the subject like this:
Determine seating plan @research #next wednesday !! *Spacing
