Hi,
Every few nights, my iphone alarms because it has received a task list from the Toodledo website. this has happened around 1am when I am asleep and there is no-one using my computer. I often leave the Toodledo site on permanently as a G. Chrome tab. Could this be somehow sending a new task list?
I can't turn off sound for messaging in general. How can I turn off sound just for messages received from Toodledo or better yet, can it be configured to not send messages during the middle of the night?

It sounds like you have your iPhone set to beep whenever you get a new email message. Any email you receive in the middle of the night, including Toodledo's hotlist email will cause the iPhone to beep because this is how you have it set. One thing you can do is to silence your phone when you go to sleep.
