I would like to assign different task to my staff. Where can I create names of different staff. Also can I get a report for task by each staff

You can do this two ways.
1) Use tags to assign tasks to different people. The tasks will remain in your account and managed by you and you can do searches to make reports.
2) Use our collaboration tools and give each person an account and then assign/reassign tasks to the various people who you collaborate with. In this case, each person would be responsible for their own tasks.
