Would be nice if all incoming tasks generated from emails could be assigned a default folder other than No Folder.

Or the ability to make no folder and Inbox.

I'm trying to replicate a GTD system, and i find the email import feature very useful.

Thanks for the suggestion. We can't comment on a timeframe for implementation, but this is on our to-do list.

I thought this capability was there already - under New Task Defaults in Settings

I used to use a folder (directing it to an Email folder by default as Folke X suggested). However, now I just type "E: " in the subject line to identify that it was generated via an email. Example..... E: Do expenses !!

I can also seaarch by E: to pull up all my emails without adding a tag or context.
