Odd Calendar item showing up in Toodledo calendar?

I opened a ticket for this and figured I'd throw it out here just in case anyone else has seen this:
This morning, without warning, an item showed up in my Toodledo calendar which looks like a meeting. It's titled "Quirof tarde" and it's a meeting from 9am to 1pm EST. The email address associated with this is '[email protected]'. What is this? Why was it allowed to go into my calendar? I am currently using Toodledo with my Gmail account to sync my ToDos from my iPad (2Do) to Toodledo and then to Gmail. This is very concerning that this would be allowed to show up in my calendar. I wasn't even aware that Toodledo would be allowed to add things to the calendar. All I want is the todos to show up properly. Is this a security risk? I should also note that I can't get rid of it! Thanks. |

It seems to be a problem with Google.

I notified the user. I imagine they didn't really want a super-public appointment either.
Also, PLEASE delete part of that email address. It will be the private address of a real person who uses both toodledo and gmail/calendar, and it exposes them to spam, etc. This message was edited Oct 25, 2011. |

I emailed the address for the instance I'm seeing and got a bounce. Some sort of spam probably.
