Setting Due Time on iPhone

How do you set the Time Due from the iPhone app?
I see and can set the Date Due but do not see where the Time Due can be set... Am I Just Missing It???

From the homepage, go to Settings -> Fields & Defaults, touch 'Reorder' button and move 'due time' from the unused list to the used list. When you edit a task the due time will be visible
