I am sure this must be obvious but it has escaped me. If I already have a task how can I get to it to add a note? Thanks

Ron,
To add a note from the Toodledo Website, click on the icon which is on the far right of the task (when viewing in Grid Format) -- the icon looks like a document with a + on it.
When there is a note, the icon changes to a slight darker icon with a orange line at the bottom
