Grid View - Where are all the columns?

Just tried the Grid view and I see that only a view columns show up despite my having all fields checked off. How can I get the due date field and others to show up as columns? Thanks.

Duh!! The columns are there - just needed to scroll over to see everything!

New user... like the program a lot. But can I lock the first column so when I scroll I can see which task I am working with?

To add to that I would like to see the column headings locked for the same reason. :)
