Just wondering if anyone is using toodledo with one login for multiple people? Our not for profit have been using flow for task mansgement and delegation. Its really good but expensive. We need a want to share tasks and delegate.
Ive read some limitations for sharing withntoodledo and iphone app. Thinking about all our staff justnusing one login.
Im thinking that toodledo might be ok if we used tags for people so we could filter out everyone elses tasks.
Has anyone tried this and found any limitations other than the badge numbers on the iphone app

I know that some people are using it this way, and I have not heard of any issues, other than the lack of private lists.
