how to sinc ToDo with Toodledo online

I just downloaded To Do and opened an account on Toodledo. As I understand it, when I open my To Do on my i Pod Touch it is supposed to automatically sinc with Toodledo and put my new tasks online. But this has not been happening. Do I need to do something else so that this can be accomplished?
