RSS Feeds - Private Folders?

Feature Request - When enabling RSS Feeds, 2 things would be helpful.
1.) Allow a no-publish option for folders marked private.
2.) When Publishing a feed, it would be nice to have an option to use an obfuscated ID, especially when attempting to limit someone's ability to view a particular folder...since at the moment, if you want to have different people looking at only specific folders, you have to trust that they won't remove the FolderID element in the query string.
