HotList and Due Dates/Time

I am trying to set up my hotlist to show only overdue tasks.
It works fine if the task is over a day old. However, if the task is due say today at 9:00 AM, it will not show up until the next day. What I would like is for the task to show up at 9:01 am.
Is there a way to do that?

Create and save custom searches for your lists.
(Oh, and you have to enable the Due Time field, of course, which is done under Settings.)
