Toodledo does not have an Android app.

Please contact the developer of the Android app that you are using and ask them to support the location field. Or, you can use our mobile website which supports location. http://m.toodledo.com

We got it, this was for an employee and apparently there are several apps for Toodledo for the Android?

No official android app.

Third parties thaat sync with Toodledo, yes.
