I think I know the answer to this question but just want to make sure. Collaboration accounts; if I am sharing two of my folder (non-private) with another account. The only way this account can view these shared folders is to change from their primary workspace and switch to mine where they will see the shared folders.
The is not way to embed this share folders in the other person primary workspace?

It is not currently possible to have a task appear in multiple people's lists at the same time. We are working on this. Currently, collaboration is handled by switching between different people's workspaces and assigning tasks to those people.
