How to Add Reminders

As I understand it, a free account can have up to 5 reminder locations. I have one reminder location and would like to add a few more so that depending on the task, as different person would get reminded. How do I add a reminder? I have looked all over and can't seem to see the instructions on how to do it.

A free account can have 1 reminder location. With a Pro account you can go to the "Alarms" page in the Tools section and setup all the extra people.
