I just upgraded from an iphone 3gs to iphone 5. I am keeping my 3gs to use without cell service but only with wifi. Synching my notebooks with my 3gs works just fine but when I try to sync my iphone 5 I get the following error:
Notebook Sync Error Failed to connect with Toodledo.com The Diagnostic log shows the following: Requesting Toodledo session Error calling getToken: Excessive Tokens Failed to retrieve accountInformation from server, aborting sync. Can I keep my notebooks on both the 3GS and iPhone 5 synched to the server? |

Your question is about a 3rd party tool that syncs with Toodledo. Please contact the company that makes that software for assistance.

Hi!
I am having the same error on my new iphone5, "Notebook sync Error" I don't understand your recommendation about the 3rd party tool. There is nothing in my settings that I can find fixing so that I can sync. Can you help Toodledo? Thanks! Mai |

I had the same problem. This is the fix I received from my "support ticket". I deleted as below and readded and it worked.
Thank you for contacting Appigo Support. I will do my best to assist you. Are all of your notes currently in Toodledo? If all of your notes are in Toodledo currently then do the following: -Delete your Toodledo collection by swiping from left to right over the collection name -Once the collection has been deleted, add the collection again. |
