How do I delete multiple notes and move notes around?

There does not seem to be a way either online or in Notebook to delete multiple notes in a category. There also does not seem to be a way to sort the notes and then move a few of them around (or keep some of them sticky at the top once moved and then sort the rest). Are these things possible?
