Change tabs?

How do I change tabs or add a new one? For example, I would like to add an overdue tab and a today tab.

These tabs already exist. Just go into the Due-Date view (link at the top of your list) and then click on the "Today" or "Overdue" tabs.
If you want to create custom tabs, check out our Saved Search functionality.
