Thanks for replying Jake.

Unless I'm missing something, the help pages seem to suggest that a single task can be sent it Toodledo with the task as a subject line. I understand this and use this feature - it works great.

What I'm wondering is how to handle multiple tasks. Lets say I have a list of 50 tasks. Can I send a single email to Toodledo to add these or do I have to send 50 single emails?

This is not possible. If you have a list of 50 tasks, the best thing would be to open our website, click "Add task" then click "Add multiple" and then copy and paste in your list.

Wow! I learned something new. I didn't know that feature was there! (I always use the Quick Add Task.) This could be very useful!
