I have added the Gmail widget using the URL http://www.toodledo.com/widget/gmail.php and the widget appears in the navbar but is empty, that is, no tasks appear, only the heading Toodledo. This happens both on a "regular" Gmail page and on a Google Apps mail page. A screenshot may be seen at http://postimg.org/image/whm4d4y0z/.
Also, when I add the Google Calendar gadget to my Google apps calendar using the URL https://www.google.com/calendar/render?cid=http://www.toodledo.com/widget/googlecal.php recommended at http://www.toodledo.com/info/help.php?sel=41, I don't get a gadget on the sidebar, but rather Toodledo tasks are seen at the top of each day's column with the all day events. Is this expected? |

I'm also having the same problem. Google tasks is able to sync with other apps, but not with Toodledo.

I just tested this and was unable to reproduce the problem. Have you tried refreshing the page and clicking the - button to the left of the Toodledo title on the Gmail sidebar?
As for the calendar sidebar, yes, that is expected with the instructions in that help topic that you referenced. If you want the Calendar sidebar, follow the directions at the bottom of this page: https://www.toodledo.com/widget/google_gadget.php |

Jake, I'm having the same problem, too, but I can't tell you exactly when it started. I have the Toodledo gadgets in both my Gmail sidebar & my Calendar sidebar. Both show up but neither show anything in the task box itself, only the title bar. I'm using Firefox 23.0.1 as my primar browser & I also see it in Chrome Beta 30.0.1599.28 so it's not a specific browser issue. If you need more technical details to help fix this, let me know!

Can you make a ticket and attach a screenshot?
When I go into Gmail, I have to click the "..." icon at the bottom left of the screen to show the gadgets. Then I have to click on the "Toodledo" title bar to reveal the Toodledo gadget. This is how Gmail works. You may want to use our bookmarklet instead. It will probably work better and works in all sites, not just Gmail: http://www.toodledo.com/tools/bookmarklet.php |

I was not able to reproduce the problem. Perhaps it is a security setting in your web browser or a plugin that you have installed that is preventing the Toodledo gadget from loading.

I can see the gadget in my inbox, but when I enter my ID and password and click "sign in" nothing happens...do I need to do anything else?

I have this problem now. I use Google Chrome. I tried it in Internet Explorer and a message fills the box that says "This content cannot be displayed in a frame."
