I am using ToodleDo on the web. If I purchase the iphone app and have lots of tasks, will it take up a lot of space on my iphone?

Plain text usually does not occupy much RAM, so I would believe that you would need lots of tasks to "take up a lot of space". Granted, there is additional data with each task, but I have not found the program to be inefficient with regards to space? Ultimately, how many tasks is lots of tasks, and how do you define a lot of space?

It depends on how many notes you have and how long your notes are, but on average a single task consumes 500bytes. So, if you have 2000 tasks, that is 1MB, which is pretty small.
