Search with "OR"

I see that you can build Saved Searches to do many things including tasks matching ALL or ANY of a list of criteria. However, what I'd like is to be able to search with conjunctions that are either AND or OR. For instance, I'd like to search for tasks where the Tag is A or Tag is B and Status is Active. Can that be done?
