My Google Calendar and toodledo are syncing great. However, I want to be able to also use my thunderbird/lighting. I just cant seem to get them to all work with one-in-other. Does anyone have anyideas. Also how do I get toodledo to sync with Iphone calendar.

I have also been trying to get my tasks and calendars on Thunderbird. I have found no way other than export import to get my tasks on the program, but I am still hopeful of finding a way.
The calendar is easier, sort of, and of course you can view your tasks this way if you use the Toodledo Google Calendar iCal subscription. You can easily set up Thunderbird to get your Google calendar events by putting in your calendar's URL. However, if you want more than read only access, you need the Provider for Google Calendar extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4631 I have had a lot of problems with it, and have given up on two way sync for now, but it seems to work fine for other people. Here is more Thunderbird/Google info: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4631 To get Toodledo to sync with iPhone calendar is easy. Subscribe to the Toodledo iCal for Google Calendar. Then set up Google sync as described here: http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=138740&topic=14252 Then choose calendars to sync like this: http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=139206&cbid=-1thghdi7iyc7i&src=cb&lev=answ er , and make sure to choose your Toodledo calendar as one of them. |
