syncing to external websites

Hello all. I have been using tooledo for about a week now, in that time frame I have realized that this task managing service has great potential.
However, I am having trouble finding a way to link to my company website (by company, I mean school).
---------------(this is what i would like to do)------------
I want to take the tags in the java script of the website's source code. And then sync the XML file with toodledo without loading the XML file every time it syncs.
-------------------(here's my question)---------------------
How can I do (what is stated above) this with the options currently supported in toodledo.
I thank-you for reading this, and greatly appreciate any feedback given.
