I'm using Toodledo 3.2.5 (3961) - Where can I access or activate Lists?
I see the Tasks and Notes icons at the bottom of the app, no Lists. No Outlines either, but I don't use that as much as Lists.

Lists and Outlines are not yet available on the mobile apps. It's on "the list".
