Task History Statistics?

One thing I have the unfortunate habit of doing is change task due dates - generally due to poor initial estimation. It would be great to have the following:
• A statistic on the proportion of total tasks that have had their due date changed once, twice, three times, etc. since creation.
• The average size of each change.
