I recently changed phones (from a 4s to a 5s). I can't seem to get any reminders with alarms to pop up on my phone. I have the settings correct within the app. However, Toodledo is not listed in the "settings, notifications" list on my phone. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I have restarted my phone. Still no pop up alarms. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Did you make sure it is not in the Do Not Include list below the Include?
Also goto Settings->Toodledo, all the way towards the bottom. You should find the Toodledo settings there and be able to enable the notifications. |

There is a bug with iOS8 and our app that prevents certain reminders from working. We have already submitted a fix to Apple and are awaiting their approval.
