What is/are the phone number(s) from which text messages with the reminders come? I would like to make a special ring tone on my smartphone that would notify me specifically of Toodledo reminders. That requires phone number(s) of the origin.

The text messages are not sent from a phone number. They are sent via email to your cellphone carriers email to SMS gateway address, so they will appear to come from your carrier. The best thing to do is make a test reminder and you'll see what it looks like and then you can customize your ringtone.
