How do you delete all of the todos in a particular folder without deleting the ones in other folders?

Unfortunate, there is no single step. You will need to click the trash can icon for each task in that folder.

I think this would be a good feature to add in future updates.

creative, i read somewhere that mass updates of tasks is something they look into. so: it´s on their radar.
