I just loaded the Toolbar tool onto my iMac. It seems to be missing tons of settings (defaults for date, folder, priority), as well as the ability to show only open tasks. Can anybody point me to some kind of instructions?

The Toolbar does not have all the functionality of the main site, however you can hide completed tasks by clicking the "show" button and using the filters.
