Ribbon now showing up on Chromebook/Chromebox

I'm using an Asus Chromebox (home and one at the office) and an Acer Chromebook, and whenever I open Toodledo I briefly see the ribbon, and then it disappears - never to appear again unless I refresh the browser, and then it is on the screen only for an instant. If I open Chrome on a Windows or Mac I can see the ribbon, so this seems to be unique to Chrome OS. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a Toshiba Chromebook 2 and have no issues with the ribbon. My screen is 13 inches and 1080.
