Am I able to use Toodle do off-line?

If you use an app you can use Toodledo offline. We have apps for iOS and Android and there are dozens of 3rd party apps for every platform.
You can find them in our "3rd party tools" section in the account menu in the top right corner. Here is the direct link: http://www.toodledo.com/tools/directory.php
