When I print my task list, the top item on each page is partially cut off. I can't find any kind of margin controls or printer adjustments in your program for the printing aspect of your program.
What is the fix?

Every web browser treats printing differently. It is very difficult for a website to control how it is printed. My suggestion is to try using a different web browser and see if that gives you better results. In general I find that Chrome prints well and Internet Explorer prints poorly.
