I have been using toodledo for a while now and downloaded the ios app when it was free. Recently had to replace phone and restored all apps from iTunes. toodledo never came back. Now if I try to reinstall I have to buy for $3.99 ? How do I get back for free?

If you use the same iTunes account, you should be able to download it again for free. I think your original download must have been under a different iTunes account. You can contact Apple if you need assistance with this since we don't have any control over how the App Store operates.

From my experience:
Sometimes the Appstore shows me the price from a app, that i have downloaded some times before and deleted. After klick on the price and authenticate to the appstore, a dialog will shown witch tells me, that i have allready paid the app and i can download it fpr free... That works very reliable if you use the same Appstore... This message was edited Nov 20, 2015. |
