Syncing between web and phone Toodledo app

This is either a bug, or user error. I downloaded the Toodledo app for Android. I successfully logged into my account, and the app pulled my tasks. So far, so good.
But it isn't syncing what I do on the phone back to the web. When I log into my account through my browser, I'm still seeing tasks uncompleted that I know I completed on the phone app.
Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

It sounds like maybe background syncing is disabled. If you go into your Android Settings and scroll down to the "Accounts" section you can see a listing for "Toodledo". If you click on this, there is a checkbox that allows it to sync. There is also a button to make it sync right now if you want to force it. Inside the app there is also a sync button in the action menu to sync right now.
