Syncing with Toodledo on Android no more working

Happy new year ;-)

my year started with a toodledo syncing problem :-(
There is no transfer of tasks to android.
I deleted all Data: no change
I deleted the App and reinstalled from playstore: no change

So now I have nothing more to do - no more tasks on the android device.
But there are still 1100 Task in the web app.

Are there any known problems with syncing since 2016??

P.S.: I installed now a 3.party app on Android: Same problem - no sync
