auto reverse scrolling in a subtask list

Sometimes in long subtask list i get an auto reverse scrolling very annoying as I can't get to the bottom of the list when this start. It start when I drag one subtask out of the list. To stop that I have to reload the page (currently using Chrome on Windows 7). Thanks for any help.

I have not been able to reproduce this, but I will add this to our to-do list of things to investigate further soon.
