There used to be a box listing all of my contexts, and I could check or uncheck which ones I wanted to display, and there was and ALL or NON button that could speed the process..

. I don't see that now, it looks like it has been changed ...How do display all EXCEPT ONE of my contexts?

Click on the eye icon, upper right, to the left of Sort. There's your box. Select "All", then click on the one you don't want to see.
