Regarding privacy: How long do you keep deleted items, e.g. in your own backups?

I keep for a few months. Have an ifttt recipe that logs them in google drive.

Our backups go back 1 month, so after that, anything that you deleted will be really really deleted. The backups are stored in a secure place and are only used for disaster recovery. We cannot use these backups to restore an individual account.
