Include all fields by default

Many posters have wondered why there's no Goal field, or Time Due, on the web app and the iPhone app.
The answer is always something like this:
1. For the iPhone: Go to the app settings, then Fields & Defaults. Tap reorder, and drag any fields you want to use (including Due Time) up into the Fields Used section.
2. For the website: Go to Account Settings, Fields Used, and make sure that Due Time is selected.
Isn't it time for Toodledo to include all fields by default?
And then provide very clear instructions on how to remove fields?
