From field is always different when receiving using Email-To-SMS

When an alert is sent to my phone using SMS, the "From" field is different every time. The From field is in the format of: ################-########. The first 14 or so characters are the same, then the rest seem to be random.
For example:
0100015abcdefghi-12345678-abcd-******
0100015ffkj7fds3-gvcl7m24-502a-*******
This only happens with Email-To-SMS messages that originate from Toodledo. How can I change this?
My carrier is Google Fi. The gateway is ##########@msg.fi.google.com
Why does this happen?

This is something that Google Fi must be doing. Its not something that we can control.
