How to refresh "home" web app?

After adding the toodledo web app to the home screen of iOS, how do I refresh the page?

Closing the app and then reopening it should function as a refresh. If you just need to make the list resort itself after you make some edits, you can go back and then click on the list again.

Thanks, Jake. I was hoping for an "in place" refresh, though. Oh, well—but good to know.
