Habit notifciations/alarms don't seem to ever trigger

I've set notifications for all of my habits but they never seem to trigger. I don't believe it's an app issue with my phone because I've checked the alarm activity page (https://www.toodledo.com/account_alarms.php) in the website and they do not appear in there in the upcoming alarms section, while all the notifications for my tasks do appear.
