Sync to Outlook

I typically update Outlook with my tasks from Toodledo. But in the last few days the sync has not been working. Is there something I need to change. I know Microsoft is always updating Windows and I wonder if one of those updates has disabled the sync program. I am using Chomatic Dragon's Toodledo Sync application. It appears the application isn't even starting.
