Toodledo on apple watch

I was just wondering why Toodledo was removed for teh Apple watch or am I doing something wrong. I'm checkign out the Singapore store and don't see the watch app. Can some one assist? I have been usign the product for quite a few years and remember usign it on my apple watch a couple of years ago.

Main thing is it does not support latest WatchOS version (until being rewritten, which is on the Roadmap).
