What do you think about introducing Markdown (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markdown) support in [Note] field?
There is feature request of checkboxes in [Note] field. Full, or even partial Markdown support is much better and more perspective IMHO (header, bold/italic,ordered/unordered lists, checkboxes etc.).

It's something I've been missing and requesting here for many years. For notes, I have now switched to Simplenote because of that. Still missing Markdown in notes fields for tasks.
