Outline cannot make three levels of hierarchy

Hi, in the Toodledo website, Outline is shown to have three levels of hierarchy. However, my Outline cannot do that. After I make a child-node (third level) from the second level, Toodledo will update it to become the same level as the parent-node (second level). How to get the third level?

Outlines should have unlimited levels of hierarchy, not just three. Try adding more than three to see if you can.
