Does anyone have a way of prioritizing within a priority division? E.g. if I have 5 tasks in #2 High, it there a way to put them into the order I want to do them? I know I could number them in the task description, but that means I have to know the order when I enter the task, or edit the description.

I did this for a while until I changed to MYN. Are there fields you aren't using? There are several you can use for numbers and then use that field as a secondary sort field.
